My birthday and other exciting events

So, this past week was my Birthday! I'm finally sixteen! It feels really weird now that I can date, but the dating situation isn't something I'm going to write about on my blog :) Ha ha.

So I had a pretty amazing birthday, thanks to all my friends. Mallory brought me cupcakes and a t-shirt that said "16" on the front, and Spencer made me a cake! Also, Tiffany gave me a giant card with all our inside jokes in it! They were all awesome! Thanks guys!

After Amanda got off work and my YCL meeting was over, we, meaning Amanda, Hannah, Mom, Dad and Tiffany, went to Red Lobster to celebrate! I absolutely love that place, but I got made fun of by Tiffany when the first thing I said when I walked in was, 

"I feel bad for the Lobsters."

That was a pretty fun night as well. I got Wii Fit, which is totally awesome by the way, and I just overall had a great day.

Another thing I haven't told you guys is that....

I PASSED ALL MY PROFICIENCIES! 

That is such a huge relief, because if you had been around me at all the week before those exams, you would know that I was extremely stressed about them. (So stressed I started getting hives!) Crazy, huh? So now Amanda can continue saying "Mattson's don't fail".

So, that's pretty much it for now!

So yesterday was totally and completely awesome! It was an odd day at school to start things off, and it was all good except for this guy Camryn wasn't in Driver's Ed. He's usually the main guy I talk to in that class, but oh well!

After school, and like 6:20ish, Tiffany picked me up to go to Burger King and then to go to Golden Spoon! There were these funny guys there who were from Arbor who were totally hitting on us. They were pretty dorky. So when we get back in the car, she gets a blindfold out of her purse and tells me to put it on and tells me she has a surprise for me and that I can't look at anything till we get there. 

So I'm totally freaking out, because I usually hate surprises, and once I found out what it was I felt like an idiot! She got me out of the car, and walked me into a house and let me take my blindfold off. We were at Connor's house with Alexa, Connor, Tiffany, Heather, Kylee, McKenna, Mallory, and Kelsey! I was so excited to have a surprise party! I had absolutely no idea! It was awesome! 

I'm off to a dance now, but I'll blog more later!
